OUR KITTY KITTY! JUNE 27,2009

We had to bury our Kitty this morning. He was a stray cat that I took in years ago, even though he stayed outside I got so attached to him. He would always come and greet us with a rub on our leg if we were outside, and he was at the back door every night waiting for his dinner. I noticed a couple days ago that he wasn't feeling good and then he disappeared for a day. I was worried thinking that he went somewhere to die. Then the next day I saw him under our porch, so I fed him and gave him some milk and told him I loved him. This morning I found him in the same place and he had passed away. We love you Kitty Kitty and we will miss you!!!!

OUR VACATION TO IDAHO! JUNE '09

For our vacation this year we decided to go see Avi. She lives in Caldwell Idaho, just outside of Boise. Avi hadn't seen Gage in over a year so it was really neat that they got to spend time together.

We loved Av's scooter aka "scoot". It was so much fun, I was a little nervous at first though so she made me wear her helmet.

Gage loved helping Av feed the fish. He would giggle and want her to keep feeding them.
Yep, Aunt Avi spoiled Gage while we were there!!

Boise ZooThis lion was so neat, she spotted Gage and started pawing at the glass. He just sat there watching and drinking his milk.

Dusty and Gage sliding on the giraffe slide at the zoo.

Family pic just outside the zoo, Gage just wanted down to run.

After the zoo and a little lunch we decided to take the paddle boats for a ride, Av didn't want to go so she took pics for us.... It was fun and alot of work. Gage had a blast "driving" it and looking at all the baby ducks.

Gage made friends with Av's dog Sid. He is the best dog and he was so gentle with Gage.

One of our trips was to see the Old Idaho Penitentiary. We was able to see inside everything and see how they had to live. It was freaky but neat to see, they also have ghost tours at night, we passed:)!!

We also went to the MK Center that is right by the Boise river. It was kind of like our DWR. I really had alot of fun this day, it had a rained a little that morning so the air was fresh and clean, it was fun and peaceful.

This is the Boise river right outside the MK Center, It has a path called the Green Belt that is about three miles long that borders a park.
Dusty found a huge slug, I have never seen one that big before.

Our second to last day there we decided to just relax a little, so we had a picnic at the park.

HAPPY FIRST BIRTHDAY GAGE! MAY 9, 2009

I can't believe that my little Boogie Man is a year old. It went by so fast. We celebrated his birthday at the city park in Grantsville.

We couldn't wait, when he woke up that morning we had to give him his present from Momma & Dadda.

Gage, G-ma Pat and Brooklynn playing with Gage's airplane. He's such a good boy, he loves to share!!

After we ate Subway sandwiches it was time to open presents.

He was so tired from all the excitement, he grabbed a stuffed animal and fell asleep. It was so funny everyone was laughing!!!!
After he woke up we finished opening presents then ate cake.
We finished his own little cake later that night. He loved it and so did the dogs, it was all over the place.

All of his presents!! he got so spoiled!!
